Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier, not by USA Fleet Solutions.

Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further text messages unless you opt back in by replying SUBSCRIBE or by contacting us. You may also opt out by contacting us using the information at the end of this policy.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services — such as messaging platform providers and customer service providers — is permitted solely for the purpose of delivering those services on our behalf. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for any other purpose. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data.
