SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the text message (SMS) program operated by USA Fleet Solutions, a trade name of Fleet Solutions, LLC (“USA Fleet Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

USA Fleet Solutions uses text messaging to support existing customers and authorized contacts. Messages are service-related, not marketing, and may include:

  • Replies to support requests you send us
  • GPS device and camera status or troubleshooting information
  • Installation and service appointment scheduling and reminders
  • Hardware order and shipment updates
  • Billing and account notifications

How to Opt In

You may opt in by providing your mobile number to a USA Fleet Solutions representative during a phone call or on-site visit and agreeing to be contacted by text, or by texting START to any USA Fleet Solutions number on file for your account.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and will receive no further texts unless you opt back in by replying START or by contacting us directly.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service needs. This is a recurring message program.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These rates are charged by your mobile carrier, not by USA Fleet Solutions. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

Carriers

Most major U.S. wireless carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and U.S. Cellular, as well as many regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

Privacy

Information you provide in connection with this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services — such as messaging platform providers and customer service providers — is permitted solely for the purpose of delivering those services on our behalf. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for any other purpose. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data.

Eligibility

This program is intended for business customers and authorized contacts in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
